Return Policy

The customer has the opportunity to return the purchased products indicating the reason for return within 14 calendar days from the moment of receipt indicating the reason for return. In case they are not returned within 14 days then the company KALLIS MOTORS. may not accept any product return or replacement.

The products you want to return should be in excellent condition, with closed packaging. The goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouses, so you need to make sure they are properly packaged and can not be damaged on the road. In case a product is returned in unsuitable condition then it will be returned to you.

In case the reason for the return concerns a mistake of the company, we undertake to bear the return cost.

In any case, the return of your online order is possible under the following conditions:

The products must be in excellent condition, unused, without having removed the special markings (eg labels) and be in their original packaging.

Along with the products, you must include all the documents that accompanied it (eg retail receipt, invoice and delivery note or change card).

The return will be accepted, only if you have previously paid any amount charged to the Company for the shipment of the products and the shipping costs for its return.

When the products are received, they will be checked for their condition and if the terms of the Company's return policy are met, a credit note of equal value will be issued immediately in order to use it in your next purchase (in this case, you must report to the new online order in the "Comments" field that there is a credit balance). In case you wish a refund, the Company is obliged to return to you within 14 calendar days the price received for the returned products by deposit in your account, noting the IBAN, Name of the beneficiary and the bank to which it relates.

* In case a product proves to be defective within 14 calendar days from its sale, we undertake its replacement with a new one, at our own shipping cost.
